What the series is about?
The series follows Lenny “The Hawk” Hawkins (Will Ferrell), a former golf champion and once world number one, decides to attempt one last, unlikely comeback, twenty years after his legendary 2004 title. His dream is to win another major and finally complete the Grand Slam. The problem is that his body is battered, his aim isn't what it once was, and his over-the-top personality drags everyone around him into chaos.

Production
The series is produced by Gloria Sanchez Productions (Ferrell and Jessica Elbaum's company) and T-Street Productions by Rian Johnson. Executive producers include Rian Johnson, Ram Bergman, David Gordon Green and Andrew Guest. The series consists of 10 episodes that mix sport, zany comedy and moments of sincere humanity.
Availability
The Hawk will be available on Netflix starting from 16 July 2026 in all countries where the service is active, with all 10 episodes released in one go.
