Daytime TV Today, August 4, 2026: Soaps and Entertainment

Tuesday 4 August 2026 marks a day of news for Canale 5 's daytime programming : the network is offering a revamped afternoon schedule, with the debut of My Sweet Lie and the daily episodes of the most popular Turkish soap operas.

After the rescheduling that began on Monday, August 3rd, My Sweet Lie (original title: Benim Tatlı Yalanım ) airs at 14:45 PM , the new dizi starring Nejat, an entrepreneur left alone with his daughter Kayra, and the dreamer Suna. In the second episode, Suna discovers that the family café is at risk of being sold due to her brother Rafet's debts: her dream of reopening her mother's pastry shop seems to be fading. Nervous, she clashes with Nejat, believing him to be a buyer; thanks to her friend Burcu, she understands the misunderstanding and decides to go and apologize, bringing him a cake.

At 3.45pm it's the turn of Be My Sunshine , which after the re-modulation lasts about 30 minutes.

At 16:15 PM, a quarter of an hour earlier than usual, we meet with Far Away . Alya moves forward with her divorce from Cihan, but meetings with her lawyers make her realize her husband's feelings are genuine. She doesn't call Mine to testify at the hearing: she wants to protect her reputation. Cihan warns Ugur to stay away from his wife, Demir insists that Zerrin wear a white dress to the wedding, and Sahin tries again to stop his sister through Nare.

A grand debut at 17:15 PM for "Everything for My Family" : the first episode of the second season of the Turkish soap opera (original title: Kardeşlerim ) airs . Kadir is in prison, his younger siblings are coping with life in an orphanage, while Doruk pushes Akif into a corner and discovers a shocking truth; Erhan remains in a coma, and Melisa stays at the hospital.
