A Place in the Sun returns to Rai 3 with the new episodes of the new season: the premiere is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026, at 8:50 PM, after the summer break that began on August 10. The first episode opens with a showdown between Clara, Rosa, and Eduardo. The truth about Eduardo's betrayal and his secret relationship with Stella has now come to light: returning from their vacation in Gaeta, Clara, Rosa, and Damiano corner Sabbiese and demand he finally tell the truth. However, none of the four is truly ready to accept the truth, and tensions continue to escalate.

Meanwhile, at Palazzo Palladini, a long-awaited return takes place: that of Raffaele and Ornella, back from Barcelona. Renato can't wait to reunite with his longtime friend, but he finds himself facing an unexpected event that throws him into a state of great anguish: what was supposed to be a simple return from vacation turns into a mystery to be solved.

There's also space for twins Manuela and Micaela Cirillo: after finding their biological father, Maurizio, which reopened old wounds, the two sisters return from vacation with a new goal: to let go of the past and go their separate ways. It won't be easy, and new conflicts will arise between the two.

Summary of the previous episode

Before the summer break, Clara discovered Eduardo's secrets, including his affair with Stella, and must also deal with the disappointment of her friend Rosa's silence. Roberto and Marina's relationship is going through a difficult time: Greta has returned to his life, and their reconciliation, culminating in a kiss, threatens to permanently jeopardize their marriage. Alberto has grown closer to Anna, creating tensions with Gianluca; Jimmy has regained some balance (he will begin psychotherapy in September); Luca's condition remains worrying, and Rossella and Nunzio have returned to Naples.
