The Italian adaptation of the Korean format that has become an international phenomenon is coming to Netflix : Physical Italia: From 100 to 1 , debuting on Friday, September 11, 2026 , with the first three episodes. One hundred contestants, one arena, and only one rule: outlast the others.

The format

In the Lingotto arena in Turin , one hundred competitors from the worlds of sport, entertainment, and the web compete in tests designed to test their strength, agility, endurance, and determination. Resumes, medals, and popularity ideally remain outside the door: in the end, only one will survive.

Among the names ready to test themselves are Federica Pellegrini , Elisabetta Canalis , Tania Cagnotto , Jury Chechi , Mirco Bergamasco , Alvise Rigo and Luis Sal . The editorial curator of the project is Roberta Briguglia , project manager Tommaso Marazza.

Episode calendar

Netflix has chosen a weekly distribution in four appointments, for a total of eight episodes :

  • Friday September 11 — episodes 1, 2 and 3;
  • Friday September 18 — episodes 4 and 5;
  • Friday September 25 — episodes 6 and 7;
  • Friday October 2 — the final.

The first Italian edition of Physical: 100 promises to transform the competition into a progressive event, giving spectators time to choose their favorites and follow the toughest challenges until the one true champion is proclaimed.
