The Cleaning Lady, Season 4, Now on Netflix

Starting today, Tuesday, September 1, 2026 , the fourth season of The Cleaning Lady , the latest installment in the crime series starring Élodie Yung , is available on Netflix . Twelve new episodes tell the story of Thony De La Rosa, the undocumented doctor who finds herself at the heart of a criminal organization.

The plot

At the center of the series is Thony De La Rosa , a doctor forced to stay in the United States to provide her ailing son Luca with treatment she couldn't get elsewhere. To survive, she takes a job as a cleaner, which gradually drags her into a criminal world, between makeshift medical services and the pressure of a federal agent who pressures her to collaborate as an undercover agent.

In the fourth season, Thony changes pace: after three seasons spent reacting to threats, he finally tries to reclaim the profession he had sacrificed to save Luca, but his ties to the cartel remain stronger than ever, this time thanks to his skills as a doctor.

The cast

Joining Élodie Yung are Santiago Cabrera (Star Trek: Picard, Big Little Lies) as Jorge Sánchez and Kate del Castillo (La Reina del Sur) as Ramona Sánchez . Newcomers Yancey Arias plays Neto , a high-ranking hitman with ties to Jorge's criminal underworld. Sean Lew and Faith Bryant also return as Chris and Jaz, while Khalen Roman Sanchez plays Luca.

The third season was marked by the exit of Arman Morales , played by Adan Canto , who passed away in January 2024: his death changed the balance of the series, leaving Thony without his main link to the criminal underworld.

The last season

The fourth season of The Cleaning Lady , which aired in the United States on Fox between March and June 2025, consists of 12 episodes . Fox officially canceled the series in June 2025: for Italian audiences, the new episodes on Netflix therefore represent the final chapter in the story of Thony De La Rosa.
