This year, the Corso Caudino San Pasquale Committee is once again committed to organizing one of the most popular events in the Samnite area: the Typical Local Festival of Pancetta, Broad Beans and Pecorino. This culinary celebration, which has become a true symbol for the city of Airola, in the province of Benevento, is scheduled for Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 May 2023 and marks its thirteenth edition.
The opening of the food stand is scheduled for 19:30. In addition to the possibility of tasting dishes based on pancetta, broad beans and pecorino cheese, the participants will have the opportunity to discover many other representative flavors of the local culinary tradition.
Not just gastronomy
But the event is not limited to simple tasting: they are also planned animations for children, tourist itineraries, music and entertainment, all in the suggestive scenery of the square in front of the San Pasquale Convent.
As per tradition, the supervised parking of campers in Piazza Caduti di Nassiriya will be guaranteed.
