A modern film set between Naples and Caserta brings Charles Dickens' famous Christmas Carol to the present day!
In a few days he will also leave us there bell version of the famous "Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. It is an original transposition of the famous story starring Ebenezer Scrooge, but which on this occasion is called Joel Bonocore and lives its story between Naples and Caserta.
As we all know by now, the Scrooge of the original story hates Christmas and, through the meeting of three ghosts representing the Past Christmas, the Present Christmas and the Future Christmas, he repents and assumes a much more generous and joyful behavior.
The version set in Naples and Caserta has some similarities and we can watch it from 8 December 2020 on the Shinema platform.

In this current version of Dickens' tale, shot from director Brando Improta, The protagonist Joel hates Christmas and would like to get away from the big one city to dedicate itself to a new advertising campaign. For this reason, he decides to move to a Bed & Breakfast in a provincial village.
In this environment, however, will find a community passionate about the holiday season and which, every year, gathers to celebrate in the name of ancient and deeply felt traditions.
