An awaited return that of Solopaca Grape Festival is from the 9 to the 13 September 2022 it will inebriate us with its tastings and events including the parade which last year could not be held due to the pandemic.
For five days, the Grape Festival will introduce us to the best local products, addressing above all to wine tourists, therefore to the lovers of good wine. Even fans of the good food they will not be disappointed because the festival will make us taste local dishes prepared according to tradition.
This event also wants to enhance the beauties of the territory, naturalistic, artistic and gastronomic excellences.
The great return of the parade with the flag-wavers
As mentioned, finally the Grape Festival can welcome again the parade which has characterized it for years, but which due to the pandemic had been suspended.
Will be held Sunday 11 September at 9.30 with sandieratori, the historical procession, the music of folk groups and bottari. There will be allegorical wagons made by citizens and that will fill the streets of the Municipality.
Wine tastings
in gardens of the Town Hall there will be stands where you can have wine tastings starting from the first day of the festival. We will be able to learn about the wines produced in the area and appreciate the excellences produced.
The musical events
During the many days of the Grape Festival there will also be concerts and musical events including folk, pop and rock music:
- to open the event, Friday at 21.00 there will be a tribute to Coldplay with the group Colplayer, the Italian band of homage to the English group;
- Saturday will be the turn of the tribute to folk music;
- Sunday the DJ Albertain;
- on monday i Cantasolopaca;
- Tuesday 13 September the group My land.
