Finally the Funicular of Mergellina in Naples it returns to work tutti i giorni of the week, starting from Friday 2 September 2022.
This was announced by the ANM with an official notice, also communicating the operating hours ranging from Monday to Sunday, therefore weekend included.
We remind you that din mid-July the Mergellina Funicular was closed every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, while during the week it was in service only in the morning. A replacement bus was active during closing times.
The Mergellina Funicular service times
Starting from 2 September, the times of the Funicular, every day, are as follows:
- the first ride is at 07:00;
- the last bus is at 22:00.
Early closure of metro line 1
