New appointment with the second edition of the Ragù Week in Naples: special recipes, menus and tastings to celebrate the delicious ragù!

After the fantastic success of last year here is renewed the wonderful appointment of Ragout 7su7 with the second edition of the Week of the 2019 Ragù in Naples.

An event organized by MySocialRecipe together with Luciano Pignataro wineblog and sponsored by the Municipality of Naples, Metropolitan City and Italian Sommelier Association, to be held from Monday 4 Sunday February 10 2019 to celebrate together one of the best and most loved dishes of the Neapolitan gastronomic tradition.

The delicious Ragù, tomato sauce and enriched with minced meat, will be celebrated by more than one 70 local Neapolitans who for the occasion will include special meat sauce-based recipes in their menus. In fact, it can be tasted in the classic version with pasta or meatballs, with tracchiole or in a more modern variant.
