The yellow zones are back, here are the rules from August 30th

As part of the health emergency triggered by the Coronavirus, Monday August 30 2021 the rules concerning the yellow areas, as some regions are preparing to leave the white zone, which is the lowest risk zone.

Surely, compared to the beginning of the pandemic, the rules to be respected will be less stringent and obviously they will consider the use of green certification, that is Green pass. Let's see in detail what they are.

The restaurants

In the yellow zone, restaurants can remain open without time limits, both for indoor rooms that require a Green Pass, and outdoors. However the number of diners at the tables is of 4 people, with derogation for cohabitants. It also remains mandatory wear the mask even outdoors, respect social distancing and frequently sanitize your hands.

Transfers and curfews

The curfew, abolished on 21 June 2021, will not be reconfirmed therefore there will be no time limitations regarding circulation. For the movements between regions, these are also possible without the Green Pass. Furthermore, the new rules allow the achievement of second homes outside the region, regardless of the color of the territory of origin and the one in which one arrives.

Theaters, cinemas and museums

When it comes to theaters, cinemas, museums, concerts and spas, these will be accessible with the same rules of the white zone and therefore equipped with a Green Pass.

Schools, universities and means of transport

At school, face-to-face teaching is currently 100% guaranteed except for special situations such as quarantines or outbreaks. Also from the first of September to attend schools and universities it will be necessary to have the Green Pass. This rule also applies to being able to take some means of transport such as: ships, ferries, airplanes, intercity and high-speed trains and long-distance buses.

Passage of color

The passage of color from white to yellow zone foresees some conditions: the incidence must be higher than 50 cases every 100.000 inhabitants and moreover the beds in intensive care must exceed 10% and those in the medical area 15%.
