News for public transport in Campania: Vincenzo De Luca announces the arrival of 142 new buses!

It's just the President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, through a direct on social channels, to announce the delivery of others to citizens 142 buses for public transport in Campania.

The new buses, which will be added to the 400 already in circulation, are included in themodernization of the regional public transport fleet, which as the President of the Region announces will continue until September 2020, bringing Campania to have 900 new buses. In addition, the program also provides for the delivery of 200 new trains, between Trenitalia and internal companies, thanks to an investment of 200 million euro.

The new buses in Naples

During the live broadcast De Luca also announces the various "donations", in fact Caserta will receive 30 buses, while for the ANM, the Neapolitan Mobility Company, there will be about 70 new buses.

They will initially be delivered 40 Citymood buses and 13 minibuses, the latter are vehicles with a length of seven meters, produced by Iveco, with air conditioning, Euro 6 engine and with a capacity of about 40 passengers, which with the new anti-Covid-19 standards has dropped to 20.

Starting from the next days of July, i minibuses will be active on three lines: the line C63 which connects Ponti Rossi, Capodimonte and Piazza Dante, the lines 178 and 678 for the northern area of ​​Naples, connecting Piscinola, Frullone and Secondigliano.
