A Saturday like a King at the Royal Palace of Naples: extraordinary openings and reduced rates
The review returns A Saturday as a King at the wonderful Royal Palace of Naples. In particular, every Saturday starting from 20 July and until 31 August 2024 you will have the opportunity to visit the palace beyond the normal opening hours, i.e. from 20 pm to 00 am, with last entry at 24 pm :00.
But this is not the only novelty of this special initiative, as visits will be possible by purchasing a ticket at a reduced rate, that is, at a cost of just 5 euros. The Royal Palace Factory Museum
The Royal Palace Factory Museum it is located on the ground floor of the structure and inside there are objects, works and audiovisual installations that tell the story of the history of the Palace. The museum is divided into sections: the first three are dedicated to the history of the palace from the viceregal period to the Bourbon kingdom up to the Napoleonic phase.
Then there is the section that concerns the nineteenth-century reconfiguration of the palace with the exhibition of nineteenth-century models created by the architects Antonio Niccolini and Gaetano Genovese. In the next section dedicated to the period of the Kingdom of Italy, busts of kings and queens are exhibited, finally the last space with an immersive installation dedicated to Second World War.
