The Opening Ceremony of the 2019 Universiade in Naples takes place at the San Paolo Stadium with thousands of performers, Malika Ayane, Bebe Vio, Anastasio and many special effects.
La opening ceremony of2019 Universiade in Naples and Campania it will take place at Stadio San Paolo di Fuorigrotta the 3 July 2019. It will be a beautiful evening with so many performer, At least 1500, and important guests who will welcome the many university athletes.
The ceremony will be broadcast worldwide (in Italy on Rai2) and there will also be a big screen on which both this inaugural event and all the athletics competitions will be broadcast. It is designed and produced by Balich Worldwide Shows, with many years of experience in the sector and whose creative team has created 20 Olympic Ceremonies, the Tree of Life of Expo Milano 2015 and also “Universal Judgment”, the first permanent show in Italy.
The U in the stadium will symbolically represent a embrace that will welcome the thousands of athletes while Mariafelicia Carraturo, a Neapolitan depth freediver world record, will be symbolically one modern Partenope, a siren that will tell the myth of the city.
Subsequently a will be staged Vesuvio technological and three-dimensional with lights and colored LEDs and Gulf with a big wave, always to reproduce the myth of Partenope. They will go on stage Malika Ayane e Bebe Vio, Paralympic champion.
