Photographic walk to the Petraio, two appointments with responsible tourism

0: 00 / 0: 00

Two events with photography and sustainability, to discover the suggestive stairs of the Petraio, admiring the breathtaking views of the city of Naples

The cultural association ECOnote has organized two other unmissable appointments with the responsible tourism, under the banner of photography and sustainability, with the aim of making Neapolitan citizens rediscover a lifestyle that is more compatible with nature.

The place that will host the next photographic walks will be the Petraio, a fascinating and picturesque place, unfortunately still not known to everyone and that never ceases to surprise the Neapolitans themselves, thanks to the views over the city and the "secrets" that it hides among its stairs. Bad stairs of the Petraio they also represent a fragile place that needs to be known and protected.

Scheduled appointments will be held Saturday 20 September and Saturday 11 October from 17: 00 to 19: 00, and the walk will be repeated every three weeks, always on Saturdays. For all those wishing to participate in the guided tour, the meeting point is Vomero, at the Montesanto funicular (Morghen station). It will be possible to walk and the Petraio's ladders that reach the Corso Vittorio Emanuele to admire, during this suggestive walk, the incredible views of Naples and the works of the master Riccardo Dalisi. We will then descend towards Via dei Mille and the route will end by entering Palazzo Mannajuolo, with its spiral staircase (seen in Sorrentino's “La grande Bellezza”).

To accompany visitors in this photographic walk will be Marzia Bertelli, Neapolitan photographer winner of numerous awards and recognitions, who will reveal tricks and secrets for perfect shots. We therefore recommend comfortable shoes for stairs and any device capable of taking pictures: tablets, compact cameras, reflex cameras, cell phones, smartphones.
