May of the 2015 Monuments offers an unmissable culinary event for the weekend, Food and Art, to let you taste the culinary specialties of Porta Capuana. Every week the project proposed a different color for a themed itinerary that will allow you to taste a exquisite aperitif and local specialties such as sfogliatella, and many other things that will make your mouth water.

Les Femmes of Modigliani
They will finally be on display in Naples, starting this weekend, the beautiful works of Amedeo Modigliani, known for its interesting women with long necks and stylized faces. The famous women, in 50 declinations, can be visited from 22 May to 9 in August 2015 where they will be digitally reproduced, in an exhibition entitled “Les Femmes”.
There will be photos, period documents, videos, films relating to the life of the famous artist. What else do you want from an exhibition?

Murat King of Naples
It will be titled "Murat King of Naples, at the pace of charge" the exhibition that will await you at the Royal Palace this weekend. The event was organized for the bicentenary of the death of Gioacchino Murat, each of Napoleon Bonaparte, nominated King of Naples in the 1806. The exhibition showcases well 150 pieces including many more interesting objects, such as the curved blade and the ceremonial sword and many other historical artifacts. It will also be possible to see precious objects such as miniatures, porcelain, engravings and truly unique paintings.

2015 Potato Festival in Angri
For those wishing to taste dishes based on fried and non-fried potatoes, such as gnocchi, parmigiane, twister, zeppole, the most suitable event is theat Potato Festival, starring among the many varieties, the Ricciona potato. But there is not only food! Visitors, between one goodness and another, will be able to peek through the stalls, the exhibitions, the creative and craft workshops, to the rhythm of music and folkloric dances, special parades and time trial competitions.

Tattoo Expo Napoli 2015
At the Mostra d'Oltremare, from the 22 to the 24 May 2015, there will be the Tattoo Expo Napoli 2015, which will see the participation of more 250 tattoo artists Italian and international. Here you can admire the masterpieces of the body-art and body-modification, but also to numerous shows, concerts, exhibitions, performances and surprising games.
There will also be the Tattoo Contest which will see the awarding of a prize to the tattoo artist who will create the most beautiful tattoo. Metro Piazza Municipio inauguration ceremony
The time has finally come for the metro to be inaugurated 1 line of the Municipio Station of Naples and the new Piazza, after the cancellation of the previous inauguration due to the proclamation of the city's mourning. From Saturday 23, the subway and the square will finally be open to everyone. There inauguration ceremony there will be in the morning at the 10.15, while from the 13.30 to the 18.00 the station can also be visited by the public. Trains, however, will start racing from the 2 June.
