Exhibitions, yoga, visits, chocolate and lots of love for a weekend of events in Naples that coincides with Valentine's Day!
With the arrival of the Valentine's Day, the events in Naples in the weekend from 12 to 14 February 2016 are related to the theme of love and relaxation.
In the cultural field, I leave Naples tour with stories about love and Guided tours to the Church of Purgatory in Arco with the requests for pardon from his beloved Lucia, while al Mother Museum lovers can surprise their loved ones with original statements.
For the relaxation of body and mind, the Villa Pignatelli , gaiola host yoga lessons in naturalistic and artistic frames of great value. Among the many other events are planned Chocolate Festival in Torre del Greco and the originals laser sword courses, as in the Star Wars Saga.

Exhibition by Edoardo Bennato
Until the end of February, 2016 Edoardo Bennato, Neapolitan singer-songwriter, will present himself at the Pan of Naples with a solo exhibition entitled "In the Way". The exhibition will be free and is characterized by a series of paintings that portray him personally and others who want to be a social criticism as they recall the theme of migration and the reception of migrants. Some paintings are made with black and white markers and shades.

Tour on the loves of Naples
The historic center of Naples, on the occasion of the feast of lovers, will welcome visitors on a tour entitled "Fall in love with art“, A path with stories related to love and passion. At the end of the visit an aperitif with tastings of traditional Neapolitan cuisine will be offered, organized by the Locanda del Cerriglio, a very important place to remember as it was here that the painter Caravaggio was killed.

Yoga and visits to the Villa Pignatelli
Every Saturday, until the month of March 2016, Villa Pignatelli will become the ideal place for Yoga lessons. The goal is to combine artistic interest with relaxation of the body and mind. The lessons will be held inside the halls of the Villa whose panorama is breathtaking. Furthermore, after the lessons, participants will be able to follow guided tours to discover the different art collections inside the museum.

Guided tour of the Purgatory Complex in Arco
The Purgatory Museum Complex in Arco, on the occasion of the feast of St. Valentine, will open for special visits every 45 minutes. "Anim ... loved, the love of the soul”Is the name of the path studied ad hoc, with final tasting of love knots, very tasty sweets. The church, dating back to 1638, is remembered mainly for the hypogeum that refers to Purgatory and for the story of Lucia, the dead lover to whom many girls turn to receive graces in love.

Darwin Week
End this weekend the Darwin Week, organized by City of Science. This is a week entirely dedicated to Charles Darwin, with games, workshops, debates and lessons related to the evolution of the species theorized by Darwin. For the last day of February 14, 2016, biodiversity workshops were organized to try to bring people closer to the knowledge of insects.

MADReLOVE Party
Valentine's Day celebrations continue in Naples. For the occasion, the Madre Museum of Naples will organize a special visit to the entire museum in which we will hunt for shapes and symbols that recall love. At the same time it will be possible to visit all the exhibitions under the guidance of director Andrea Viliani. The events organized are different, including the MADReLOVE Party with vj Giuseppe Santillo.

Ice skating rink
The ice skating rink at the shopping center is still active Vulcano Buono di Nola. It is a track located in the main external square, organized by the Ice Mad Agency which in 2013/2014 already won the Frozen Track award. Circus Lidia Togni
The Circus Lidia Togni ends on Sunday 14 February, after months of shows and news. The Circo Togni had been missing from Naples for two years and, for this last day in the company of the Neapolitan public, there will be new and exciting surprises. Among the novelties there are the 6 Parisian dancers, the Circus Cavalry with horses and pony of fine breed, white lions, parrots, acrobats and illusionists. For the little ones there will be clowns with their comic sketches.

YoGaiola
Yoga classes continue at the gaiola, all with the aim of bringing the marine area of Gaiola closer to the discipline of mental and body relaxation. Appointments are scheduled for every Sunday and the Yoga teacher is Enrico De Luca, expert in symbolics for art. Booking is mandatory and we will try to harmonize the body of the participants with the surrounding natural context.

Laser sword courses
On the strand of passion broke out for the saga of Star Wars, free lightsaber courses will be held in Naples. The courses are organized by Marco Signore, paleontologist and enthusiast of the saga and will be held at the former Filangieri juvenile prison. Those who want to participate must have one shinai, that is, a bamboo sword; of padded gloves and fencing mask, to challenge in realistic light duels.

Days of the Dinosaur
After so many months of exposure, the Show on Dinosaurs greets us on the occasion of the feast of Valentine's Day. The Real Albergo dei Poveri is the location of an artificial jungle of 30 life-size dinosaur specimens, with information cards and noises that recall the historical period of the Mesozoic. The extension of the exhibition includes extraordinary openings only on weekends, with discounts and reductions for everyone. This will be the last weekend available.
