The appointment with the Wild boar festival in Dugenta, a municipality in the province of Benevento.
The appointment is from the 10 June to the 3 July 2022, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the day when the festival will also be open for lunch. Subsequently the festival will continue from 19 August to 31 October.
It is a traditional festival that has taken place every year for forty years, in fact the first edition took place in 1980 thanks to the Di Caprio family, which with commitment and sacrifice has carried on an ancient tradition over the years.

At the center of the festival is the wild boar, of which a real celebration takes place. In fact, you can taste the wild boar meat and typical wines of the area. The different and tasty dishes will be served in special terracotta dishes.
Also on the program are dances and songs and the opportunity to purchase various products.

- Pappardelle with wild boar ragù
- Wild boar porchetta
- Bean with pork rind and wild boar sausage
- Ravioli with wild boar sauce
- Strozzapreti
- Braciata
