The #Zeromimose initiative at Caffè Gambrinus in Naples for a 2017 Women's Day without flowers and consumerism.
On the occasion of 2017 Women's Day, at the Gambrinus coffee of Naples, the 9 March the event will take place #Zeromimose looks, voices, deeds and women's steps ".
The initiative, proposed by the Youth Department, for five years has been proposing debates and meetings concerning the female world and which sees the participation and involvement of women and men and political authorities.
We will focus on the beauty of the female body, but not from an aesthetic point of view but rather as a productive subject of development and dignity. For this reason Neapolitan women will be awarded with their work and commitment have achieved important milestones in different sectors.
Among them Imma Carpiniello of the “Lazzarelle” Cooperative, which produces tea and coffee in the Pozzuoli Women's Prison; Albachiara Gatto, designer of contemporary jewelery; Rosalba Miele, goldsmith; the artists Roxy in the box, which focuses attention on social and ethical problems, and Annalaura di Luggo; Valentina Castellano, sociologist and expert in Social Media Marketing and Tina Palumbo who at her fruit and vegetable shop every Tuesday holds free courses in “multi-ethnic cuisine” for migrants, tourists and Neapolitans.
Finally those present will be offered the "Matilda", the dessert dedicated to the great writer and journalist Matilde Serao who founded the newspaper “Il Mattino” and represented the cultural emancipation of women.
