In fact, La Mozzata is not the first place to offer this recipe because the chef's original idea Martial Rosanna, one of the most popular in Southern Italy, which invented the "reverse pizza", made entirely of mozzarella.

The restaurant in Aversa, on the other hand, offers different versions of the Mozzapizza, namely:

How to prepare the Mozzapizza
