The Municipality of Naples informs that the traffic ban established for today 10 January 2014 in the entire city area of Naples will also be extended for tomorrow, Saturday January 11 2014.
The cause is the prolonged exceeding of the limit set for PM10 (fine dust), a critical situation that aggravates atmospheric pollution in Naples, which has reached too high a level.
The stop to cars for tomorrow will always be provided for 5 hours, from 15: 00 to 20: 00.
Traffic blocking not will cover the following vehicles:
- vehicles powered by LPG or methane
- motor vehicles with at least three people on board (car-pooling) excluding euros O and euros 1
- mopeds and motorcycles at 4 times
- cars and buses of individual and collective public transport companies, taxis, tourist buses and rental vehicles
- those headed and with citizens residing in regions other than Campania
- motor vehicles transporting disabled people
- vehicles that cross the city motorway network in the sections falling within the territory of the Municipality of Naples: 1. Naples ring road, 2. A1 Naples-Rome and A3 Naples-Salerno junctions, 3. Regional road ex SS n. 162 - Viale Fulco di Calabria junction.
