Naples traffic block: 13 December 2013 stop at cars for 5 hours

New traffic block in Naples for Friday 13 December. The level of pollution is too high

Another day of traffic restrictions will be in place tomorrow, December 13 , following the traffic ban in Naples earlier today.

The reason for the measure remains the same: pollution levels are too high, and this safety measure was necessary. Unlike the first closure, however, this time traffic will not be stopped for the entire day, but only for five hours.

In fact, traffic will be prohibited from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The City of Naples has again explained this in a statement: air pollution must be addressed, especially because the PM10 limit is increasingly being observed.

Please remember that in this case too, LPG or methane-powered cars, or those carrying at least three people ( car-pooling , excluding 0 and Euro 1 cars) will be allowed to circulate. In any case, these are difficult days for Neapolitan citizens and commuters, also in view of the next public transport strike scheduled for December 16th.
