I edition of the Cake Fest Italia, the cake design festival inspired by the atmosphere of the Belle Époque at the Real Belvedere in San Leucio
It will take place at San Leucio, in the province of Caserta, the first edition of Cake Fest Italia, the international festival of Cake Design and author's dessert that will involve fans and visitors in a fascinating, colorful and above all tasty world!
From the 25 27 October 2013 il Real Belvedere of San Leucio will be transformed, for the occasion, into a location that will recall the atmosphere of Belle Époque.
The rooms of the Castle, the gardens, the belvedere, will welcome the various initiatives of the event and will transport guests in the XNUMXs, before the outbreak of the First World War, when the advent of a new century and a renewed well-being was perceived, between the notes of can can, the forms of art nouveau, cabaret, literary cafes and cinema.
But the great protagonists of the three evenings will, of course, be the sweets, cakes and sugar creations of the most important pastry chefs and cake designers including: Letizia Grella, Teresa Insero, Gian Paolo Panizzolo and Emmanuele Forcone, Barbara Perego, Debora Kim Selibara | Trottolina Cake Design, Valentina Urbini | Pizzingrillo Party, Cecilia Sugar Heart, Stefan Krueger, Dania Marchioro, Mary Presicci | Mary Torte.
The event will also be an interesting opportunity for discover the new professions in the patisserie sector that can attract young people, in a moment of crisis in which they can re-evaluate the ancient crafts, including the Artistic Sugar, a new discipline of Haute Confectionery that allows sugar to be processed as if it were Murano glass, to obtain splendid “edible” decorations.
Space also for meetings dedicated tonutrition education, courses and workshops of modeling, painting and ice, and cake design workshops for children from 5 years up to learn how to decorate with sugar paste.

The universal exposition of Cake Design
Dedicated to those under 25 who want to create a sweet creation inspired by the Belle Époque: architecture, art, fashion or 20s design. Just send a photo of your dessert and the most innovative will be on display during the event! The first classified will enter as a finalist in the Rimini Sigep Contest. Rules
Wedding Style
A competition that allows you to follow the course of Letizia Grella or that of Debora Kim Selibara | Trottolina Cake Design, is dedicated to those who love to try their hand at cake design creations inspired by weddings. The course will teach participants to create inspired by the wedding dresses of the Atelier Passaro Sposa (sponsor of the event). Rules
