In the Cloister of Santa Maria la Nova in Naples the 2017 Carnival is celebrated with guided tours and entertainment!

To the very rich program of events planned in Naples for the Carnival 2017 another one is added, to be held in the cloister of the Monumental Complex of Santa Maria la Nova the February 26. The NonSoloArt association invites young and old to a day of celebrations with music, guided tours and streamers.

Children will enjoy the entertainment and the Dracula hunting, which according to some would be buried right in the complex. For adults there will be one show with Pulcinella, king of the Neapolitan masks, and one narrated visit discovering the history and artistic heritage of Santa Maria la Nova.

The Monumental Complex dates back to the Angevin period and houses works by artists such as Fanzago, Giordano, Stanzione, Santacroce. It is also home to the ARCA, a museum of contemporary religious art. The event will be held with a minimum of thirty participants. The fee also includes the entry ticket to the Complex.
Reservations are required.
