You've Got Mail by Maria De Filippi will close the season ongoing with two exceptional guests, a man and a woman much loved by the Italian public, and not only. In fact, they will arrive in the studio, acclaimed by the public Elisa, the singer and former teacher of Friends that Maria will welcome with a warm hug and Furkan Palalı, the actor he plays Fikret Fekeli in Bitter land.
The two guests will give life to two surprises destined to touch the hearts of viewers and will prove, in all their sweetness and humanity, very close to the world of those who, in certain respects, have been less fortunate in life.

If the guests make us emotional, the same goes for the life stories which will be told in the last episode of You've Got Mail. In particular:
- A father will send mail to his two children to apologize to them for his behavior. It will be a surprise that will generate a feeling of anger and disappointment in the two boys with whom Maria De Filippi will try to speak, explaining how sometimes, as parents, it is particularly difficult to admit that they have made mistakes and have disappointed their children.
- A seemingly repentant man will call the woman he loves to apologize for having disappointed and betrayed her. An encounter that could reveal quite a few twists and in which the woman will claim that she thought, at a certain point, that her partner was ill.
- A daughter in front of a mother who he no longer recognizes as such and who, at a certain point, he will define simply as "This lady". Will he be open to reconciliation and trying to rediscover a relationship that has been lost for years?
