'Zzambù on the Lungomare di Napoli is the burgeria-pizzeria with a space for Di Matteo's gourmet pizzas!
Adored in equal measure pizzas and hamburgers? Then the new room that will open on Waterfront of Naples su via Parteope, 'Zzambù, is the one for you! Will inaugurate the 31 May 2017 and it is nothing but one pizzeria-Burgeria in which to eat both excellent sandwiches and gourmet pizzas master pizza maker Salvatore Di Matteo.
The name 'Zzambù comes from the literal fusion of words pizza e hamburger using the Parlesia, a jargon that derives from the Neapolitan and that the musicians of the orchestras used, since the eighteenth century, not to be understood by third parties.
Fusion between pizza and hamburger
The restaurant wants to propose a new format in which high quality hamburger sandwiches will be accompanied by gourmet pizzas made by Di Matteo in a space specially dedicated to him. Recall that Di Matteo is well known above all for his exquisite fried foods and for 'Zzambù he will offer special pizzas prepared with the excellences of the territory in this new concept of gourmet pizza.
