Erin Doom, still speaking of his anonymity, also confessed that he wanted to abandon him in order to finally be able to look his many readers in the eyes and say "hey, I'm here":
“For me it was a bit like the invisibility cloak for Harry Potter. I still remember last year when, at the Turin Book Fair, I was unable to participate in an event dedicated to me because the hall was too full and, not recognizing me, the insiders did not let me in. I went around with Carrie Leighton and another writer friend and the little girls stopped them with lighted eyes. They made books and I took pictures. No one was calculating me: it was incredible.”
Doom, to follow the work, revealed that she was on the set of the film "Tearmaker" by Alessandro Genovese, but officially she was just an intern at the publishing house.
Finally, addressing his many readers for the first time, Erin Doom said these words to them:
“I would like to say a big thank you to my readers who trusted what I wrote for so long even if they never saw me.”

Writing, a passion carried on in the dark
Erin Doom she never thought of becoming a professional writer: writing, for her, has always been an escape, something "futile" to take refuge in while studying Law.
A passion born precisely during the night when, in order not to steal time from studying and not being discovered, he waited for everyone in the house to go to sleep, finished studying, then turned on the computer and immersed himself in it:
“My parents didn't find out until after I signed the contract, I revealed it to them and a very few friends.”
