The Ferzaneide show
Ferzaneides, the play written last year, in 2021, by the famous director Ferzan Ozptek, is an intense journey through the memories, suggestions and human figures, which in the course of his artistic career have led him to write many of his films and of operas.
The director himself will be the protagonist of this show, he will get naked and speak openly with the audience in the hall, telling about the last two years, in which all the operators of the theater scene, like many others, have suffered the weight of the pandemic.
And so, he wants to send a message of hope and courage, even he who, like the others, after the transfer of Wandering Mines from cinema to theater, he suffered the uncertainty of this period. Here are his words:
Courage. Perhaps this word contains the meaning of what I will say evening after evening. The courage to pursue your dreams. The courage to challenge prejudices. The courage to be happy. And hope to be back again. At the theater, cinema, concerts, museums. Everywhere.
