Meetings and debates on the achievements and the role of women with #Zeromimose at the Gambrinus in Naples.
On the occasion of Women's Day, 7 March 2016, Gran Caffè Gambrinus will host the event #Zeromimose, a proposal from the Councilorship for Youth of the City of Naples to give this recurrence a profound meaning that goes beyond consumerism and the banal parties organized in night clubs.
During the course of the event women from Naples will intervene engaged in various sectors such as culture, art, civil engagement, journalism and entertainment. We will focus on the iimportance of women's bodies, often subject to violence.
As stated by theCouncilor Alessandra Clemente "The parts of the female body are a productive subject of work and dignity"". In those looks there is intelligence, in those gestures the work and the caresses, in those voices their cry of freedom and in those steps the road still to be traveled to achieve true equality.
The 7 March will be a day dedicated to dialogue and to discussion panel with the participation of the journalist Matilde Andolfo, of the “Salotto Giglio” Association who will present the musical show “” Gilda and the others “”, which pays homage to four protagonists of the Neapolitan song in the form of the “parking”; Anna di Biase, coordinator of positive energies who will tell us about her "SpA: Society for Love" and Deborah Divertito with "" Sepofà, Seminare le Politiche del Fare "" which organizes cultural events in public places.
Furthermore, one will be set up show by the artist Francesca Belmonte, aka Febe who, through experimentation with different techniques and materials, proposes a creative and regenerative art.
La Mimosa will become not a simple floral tribute, but the symbol of rebirth for all of us women who every day fight against ignorance, violence and prejudices.
