With the arrival of Easter, the Monte Faito cable car, the connection between the blue sea of Castellammare di Stabia and the green peaks of the Lattari Mountains. After the winter break, the service is back active which will allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking landscapes in just 8 minutes of travel.
When will the Faito cableway trips start again?
La Monte Faito cable car will restart 30 March 2024 after the routine interruption of the winter period.
We will obviously start from Castellammare Centro station, practically at sea level, until reaching i 1.100 meters of the square at the top of Monte Faito. The route will give us an unparalleled point of view, where the deep blue of the sea blends with the intense green of the woods, in a contrast that touches the soul.
Spring and summer timetables and fares of the Faito cableway
With the spring reopening, the Monte Faito cable car adopts a program that provides 18 runs every day, starting from 10:00 in the morning.
Here are the rates:
- One way: 6,50 €
- Round trip: 9,50 €
- Reduced rate for residents: 5,90 €
- Special price for guests during 18: 3,60 €
- Monthly subscription at €45,00
- Integration for bicycle transport: 1,20 €
For greater convenience, tickets can be purchased both at the cable car stations and conveniently from smartphone via the GoEav app, thus avoiding waiting and queues.
