A well-deserved recognition for the Neapolitan chef, who has always been linked to his territory of origin, also shared by the Staff and colleagues of Masterchef Italia, the program that Cannavacciuolo has been conducting for many years now.

  • Mauro Uliassi in Senigallia (Ancona)
  • Enrico Bartolini in Mudec (Milan)

In total there are 38 "news" in the guide, of which 20 with Chefs who are under 36 years old.

Italy has particularly impressed our inspectors this year and shines with its own light, marking a new record for the peninsula that underlines how the tradition of Italian cuisine and innovation are a perfect combination of history and conviviality
