Gastronomy, music and shows at the event of Campania excellence "Gusta Forio" 2015
From 19 August to 23 August, in the enchanting setting of Piazza Municipio di Forio d 'Ischia, the culinary event returns "Gusta Forio", Dedicated to lovers of good food, genuine and natural, where many stands of the excellence of Campania will be set up.
For each evening, the program includes a symbolic ingredient that will be used in all the dishes on the menu. To start, Wednesday 19 August, there will be "Gusta la Patata", and the 20 and 21 August we can lick our fingers with the "Pizza in Piazza". instead Saturday August 22 we will make a tasting trip with the Festival of Ancient Flavors, which will focus on the ingredients of the Ischian territory and which will propose the ancient island recipes.
To conclude the event will be the swimming competition Punta Caruso Trophy with to follow "The Blonde Night", beer festival which will be attended by the live duo Gianni Di Lustro and Michelangelo Ferrandino and their Pino Daniele Tribute with an exceptional super guest: Enzo Avitabile with the Black Tarantella and the Bottari.
And it does not end here! In fact it will be possible to admire in the cloister of San Francesco, the photographic exhibition on the Passion of Christ 2015 of the official photographer Valentina Lucilla Di Genio who will artistically retrace the pathos of Good Friday.
The event was born in 2012 from an idea of the Atus Tragicus association with the patronage of the Municipality of Forio.

The open space in front of the cloister of San Francesco will turn into a huge open-air pizzeria.
22 August | "La Sagra Degli Antichi Sapori" with the master chefs
23 August | "The Blonde Night"
An evening dedicated to beer with the music of Enzo Avitabile with the Black Tarantella and the Bottari, from 22.30 pm at piazzale del Soccorso.
