“The Best Years of Summer” is the spin-off of the acclaimed Rai 1 evening show, returned to the small screen after a six-year absence. Despite the range, the format has maintained a high rating, achieving notable results in auditel surveys.
This popularity motivated the production of two special bets, called “The Best Years of Summer”. The first was broadcast the previous Saturday, while the second was proposed on May 27th. These editions celebrate the iconic songs that have marked the summers of Italians, songs still vivid in memory, associated with significant moments in their lives.
Special guests and highlights
A central figure on this evening's program is Mogol, pillar of Italian music and author of numerous famous hits. His artistic bond with the famous Lucio Battisti has led to the creation of some of the most beautiful songs in Italian musical history. Mogol shared the background of his personal "Hit Parade" with Carlo Conti. Gianmarco Carrock performed a series of famous pieces by Battisti, while the "Commentatori del tempo" of the evening were Nut e Gigi and Ross.
