The television scene is enriched by a new exciting project: fiction "The Count of Monte Cristo" produced by Rai for the 2024.
Born from the collaboration between Italy, France and the United Kingdom, the project promises to be one of the most anticipated productions of recent years. Taking up the famous novel by Alexandre Dumas, the series aims to capture the attention not only of the Italian public but also of the international one.
The fiction will focus on the troubled life of Edmond dantès, which becomes the Count of Monte Cristo.

The production schedule has already been outlined. Filming has started and will take place in several location including Turin, Rome, Paris and Malta. Un cinematographic adaptation of the famous novel by Alexandre Dumas, "The Count of Monte Cristo", is currently in production and scheduled to be released on11 2024 December.
La direction of the film is entrusted to Alexandre de La Patellière and Matthieu Delaporte, who were inspired by Dumas' book for the screenplay.
