The best traditional artisan Panettone is Campano: that's who the pastry chef is

New edition of Panettoni without borders: the title of best traditional artisan panettone has been entrusted to a pastry chef from Campania, that's who he is!

The event took place, as has become tradition Panettone without borders, the event that i best Italian artisan panettone and their pastry chefs.

The last edition took place in Palermo, this year instead the event was in the province of Brescia, but given the limitations in force for the Coronavirus pandemic in progress, the event took place behind closed doors and in compliance with all the rules to limit the contagion.

The best panettone is Campano: that's who the pastry chef is

For the 2020 edition there were two sections in the race: Best traditional panettone e Best panettone selection, the latter consisted of using different ingredients such as coffee and orange.

The Best Panettone Selection Award was awarded to a pastry chef from the Ferrante di Campomorone pastry shop in the province of Genoa. Instead the prize Best Traditional Panettone it was given to a pastry chef from Campania, that is Vincenzo Faiella of San Marzano sul Sarno, in the province of Salerno. 

Vincenzo Faiella of the pastry shop Pina he was therefore awarded the prize of best leavener in Italy.
