Many events and entertainment to rediscover the beauty of Villa Ebe, a Neapolitan treasure not to be forgotten!
After 15 years of decay and degradation, Villa Ebe, the beautiful neogothic structure located on the western side of the Monte Echia of Naples, wants to return to shine.
For the opening of the gardens of the building on top of Pizzofalcone rampstherefore, the Associazione Vulcano Metropolitano organized the cycle of events "Fall in love with Naples", A special fundraising to start the restoration work.
The initiative, conceived by Pasquale Della Monaco and Eduardo Esposito, presents a program full of events started on 18 January 2015 and ending 1 February 2015.
So many entertainment in review from the good Mediterranean cuisine at concerts of traditional Neapolitan music, from show dinners to Chopin's harmonies and much more.
Villa Ebe is one of the main Art Nouveau treasures of the city. A prestigious architectural work dating back to 1922 and the result of the work of the English architect Lamont Young, who used the structure as his last home with his wife Ebe, in fact.
After the death of the prestigious town planner, degradation began. A degradation that reached a climax in the 2000, when a huge one fire completely destroyed all the interior of the house.
The purpose of the exhibition will be to regain possession of one of the most beautiful masterpieces present in Naples to enhance and "fall in love" more and more of a city with a thousand faces and a thousand hidden treasures.
Program events
18 January 12.00 hours: Classical Neapolitan music with the Mastro Masiello Mandolino Orchestra. Free admission.
23 and 30 January at 21.30: Appointment with Teatro nel Piatto, a mix of cabaret, song and theater of the absurd, with touches of Mediterranean gastronomy, orchestrated by Pasquale Della Monaco. Participants will receive a lottery ticket with which it is possible to win a picture of Della Monaco.
25 January at 12.00: Classical music concert with pianist Angelo Barletta, interpreter of Chopin Liszt Scriabine. Free admission.
1 February 12.00 hours: Replica of the concert with the Mastro Masiello Mandolino Orchestra. Free admission.
