Night of Lampare in Cetara between music and tastings of fried anchovies and local products!
Saturday July 30 2016 you are all invited to Night of Lamps 2016, an event organized by the Pro Loco of cetara to recall the ancient technique of anchovy fishing with lampare and to enhance the culture of this land.
The lamps are of the lamps that were mounted on the boats so that with their lighting they could attract the fish to the surface and then trap them in the nets, but this name also indicates the boat on which they were mounted.
