At the farmer's market at the Agnano racecourse there will be an exchange of seeds, documentary, games and a workshop for children
All 'Hippodrome of Agnano in Naples, 19 February 2017, there will be a farmer and artisan market, an interesting morning dedicated to nature and local agriculture with some events on the importance of biodiversity and environmental protection. Not only that, because a hand will also be given to local farmers who are dedicated to the cultivation of seeds of products of our territory.
The event, called Scagnammece 'a semmenta, provides a program with many initiatives, such as the screening of a minidocumentary of animation on the importance of trees, very touching and which has met with good international success, workshops for children, stories on recovery and recycling, games and cartoons. But the most important event will be that of exchange of seeds between farmers or simple curious, each of which, if he wants, will bring with him seeds of many varieties of plants, closing them in recycled paper bags or recycled jars and indicating information on the seed (variety, origin and date of collection).
It will not be a barter or an 1 exchange to 1, anyone can carry so many seeds either just one and take several from others or none. Just as it is not necessary to have a vegetable garden, a window sill with a pot and the will to plant is also enough.
It is organized by Cortocircuito Flegreo, the association of the short Phlegraean supply chain, and the calendar is as follows.

- from 10.30 to 14.00 laboratories for children:
- introduction on the life cycle of plants
- illustration of the anatomy of the plant
- seeding experiments in cotton wool and in soil
- learn to recognize flowers with play and pictures
- screening of the cartoon “Captain Kuk” (the hero of fruit and vegetables).
- 11.00: stories of variety recovery
- 12.00: exchange and circulation of seeds
