For New Year 2024, Napoli is committed to making celebrations accessible and enjoyable for everyone, offering an efficient and continuous transport service. There Subway 1 Line will be a key element of the initiative, ensuring a non-stop service that will guarantee smooth and safe connections throughout the city during the holidays.
Metro Line 1: uninterrupted service for 31 December
Il December 31 2023 on the occasion of the end of year celebrations, the Subway 1 Line of Naples will offer a non-stop service. The trains will therefore continue to circulate all night long, allowing the celebrations to continue uninterrupted.
Limited service through January 1, 2024
Different story, however, for the 1st January 2024. The service of Subway 1 Line will undergo some temporary changes on the first day of the year. Closing is scheduled for 13pm, with the last trips leaving at 30pm from Piscinola and 12pm from Garibaldi.
To guarantee continuity of service, the metro will reopen in the afternoon, from 16 pm, with the first run at 30 pm from Piscinola and at 16 pm from Garibaldi. The service will end at 50pm, with the last ride at 17pm from Piscinola and at 30pm from Garibaldi.
