Milena Vukotic on stage at the Teatro Troisi in Naples with the show C come Chanel

Tribute to the French designer Coco Chanel in the show with Milena Vukotic at the Troisi Theater in Naples "C come Chanel"

From 11 to 13 April al Troisi Theater of Naples a tribute to will be staged Coco Chanel, an absolute icon of our times who, in the name of style and renewal, has contributed to the independence and emancipation of customs and women from all over the world, making a revolution in black and white, the symbolic colors of its collections .

It will be the famous actress Milena Vukotic to interpret the role of the French designer in the show C as Chanel, flanked by David Sebasti, in a project designed by the director Roberto Piana. C as Chanel wants to get away from the mere biography of this important twentieth-century artistic figure, proposing to the public in-depth analysis of the most intimate aspects of the protagonist, in relation to the historical, social and cultural climate of the time, its contradictions and its interwoven relationships with the cultural protagonists of that exciting and effervescent historical moment, from Picasso to Jean Cocteau, from Stravinskji to Misia Sert.

The contradictions of a strong but love-hungry character, tenacity and ambition combined with a great creative intelligence make Coco Chanel a unique and highly modern figure who, through fashion and its collections in black and white, has made a real cultural revolution whose legacy has survived to the present day.

Milena Vukotic contributes, with his great performance as an actor, to make this show refined, at the same time ironic and dramatic, of great involvement and originality.
