Tribute to the French designer Coco Chanel in the show with Milena Vukotic at the Troisi Theater in Naples "C come Chanel"

From 11 to 13 April, the Teatro Troisi in Naples will host a tribute to Coco Chanel , an absolute icon of our times who, in the name of style and renewal, contributed to the independence and emancipation of customs and women all over the world, bringing about a revolution in black and white, the symbolic colours of her collections.

Renowned actress Milena Vukotic will play the role of the French designer in the show C come Chanel , alongside David Sebasti, in a project by director Roberto Piana. C come Chanel aims to move away from a mere biography of this important twentieth-century artistic figure, offering audiences insights into the protagonist's most intimate aspects , in relation to the historical, social, and cultural climate of the time, her contradictions, and her interwoven relationships with the cultural protagonists of that exciting and effervescent moment, from Picasso to Jean Cocteau, from Stravinsky to Misia Sert.

The contradictions of a strong yet love-hungry character, tenacity and ambition combined with great creative intelligence make Coco Chanel a unique and highly modern figure who, through fashion and her black and white collections, brought about a true cultural revolution whose legacy has endured to the present day.

Milena Vukotic contributes, with her great acting performance, to making this show refined, at the same time ironic and dramatic, highly engaging and original.
