The Church of San Biagio Maggiore will host the Exhibition of Campania craftsmanship of excellence
Until 15 May 2015 you can attend the Exhibition of craftsmanship of Campania's excellence, set up at the Domus Memini at the church of San Biagio Maggiore in via San Gregorio Armeno in Naples.
The exhibition shows glass decorations, trompe l'oeil, works made in clay, tatting, crochet, ceramic, perfumed natural soaps, original paintings in fabric or with floral decorations and also high quality costume jewelery. These products, exclusively handcrafted, were made thanks to the skill of the masters of the ancient goldsmith art of Campania. Furthermore, you will also be able to admire various particular objects created with recycled materials such as glass and plastic.
The exhibitors of the market exhibition are part of the collective of artisans of the "L'arte di Partenope" Association, whose name refers to the Greek myth of Parthenope siren (patron goddess and legendary founder of the city of Naples) and the love for the ancient arts of Campania craftsmanship. The artisans will also do live demonstrations to reveal and show the public the stages of the creation of their unparalleled works.
