Nadir returns to Naples, the independent music festival that gives space to the most promising bands!
July 7th - 9th 2016 will be held on NaDir | Naples Opposite Direction Festival II, at the Palazzetto Multifunctional Soccavo. A self-sustaining and independent music festival that wants to give space to the promising bands of the city and redeem those territories that have been abandoned by the institutions and artistic circuits.
The event was organized, for the second consecutive year, by the Scacco Matto Collective Network, a young group of art lovers who have decided to do something positive for their land. In fact, the mornings of the Festival will be dedicated to initiatives linked to those that the Network has been carrying out since the 9 months of self-management of the Lo Scugnizzo community. So there will be circus performances, theater, sports and games for children, spaces dedicated to self-productions. In the afternoons, however, there will be political debates.
The meetings and projections are part of the project Narrazione Opposta, where we will talk about alternative cultural production in cinema, literature and comics, also remembering Andrea Pazienza in the 60th anniversary of the birth.
The event will be attended by numerous groups chosen from those who participated in theOpen Stage which took place at Scugnizzo Liberato.
