A very special guided tour will take place on Lake Averno to discover myths and legends related to the lake and its magical inhabitants
Saturday and Sunday 1 2 September 2018 to the lake of Averno there will be very special evening visits lit by candles and in the company of fairies and legends. The theatrical visit, aimed at families but not only, will take place in the "Forest of the fairies" on the shores of the lake and will accompany the public to discover various characters linked to theancient fairy tale of the lake.
By candlelight the guide, namely the researcher L. Miriello, will guide the spectators in the heart of the forest until you reach a clearing where the four characters protagonists of the story will perform to tell their stories. The legends narrated are inspired by the Shakespearean comedy "A Midsummer Night's Dream”And the characters played will be Oberon, the nymph Hypatia, Titania and the fairy Moth.
Le Candles that will be used to recreate a magical atmosphere are all to the led so as not to damage the surrounding environment. There will be two theatrical visits per evening each lasting one hour and one is scheduled reduction on the ticket price for children.
