Relaxing yoga classes in the beautiful theater of the Pausilypon Archaeological Park!
After the success of the yoga lessons in the beautiful protected area of the gaiola, Naples is preparing to offer other relaxing courses in another suggestive location.
This is the event PausilYoga, which will take place in Pausilypon Archaeological Park with some extraordinary dates that will start the 5 March 2016 and 19 March. There will be two appointments a month for March and April. The initiative is always organized by CSI Gaiola and by maestro Enrico De Luca, who is a life coach and expert in symbolic art.
In the archaeological area of Pausilypon there is the Greek theater of the Odeon a near which the lessons will take place. We will start from Cave of Seiano to get to the archaeological area, where yoga will be practiced and yes he will contemplate the sun turning at sunset.
It is a unique place in the world that for some years we are trying, with success, to enhance with many initiatives and events, such as annual theatrical and musical summer shows.
Yoga classes are just one of many new appointments that involve it and will continue for different dates. We do not have the calendar of upcoming events yet, but we will publish it as soon as it is announced.
