During Sky's adventure game, Beijing Express, there is never a lack of surprises and emotions. The last elimination left the audience in awe, while the strategies of the Mediterraneans, Carolina Stramare and Barbara Prezia, ignited the spirits between the competing couples.
How did the race go: the pairs dissolved
In the sixth episode of Beijing Express 2023, the couples left in the race they have been mixed, leading to competitors having to prove their worth without the usual companion of adventure.
The stage continued the exploration of Malaysian Borneo, with demanding trials and the fight for victory.
Here are the new pairs:
- Joe Bastianich and Andrea Belfiore
- Federica Pellegrini and Carolina Stramare
- Achille Costacurta and Federica of the Activists
- Martina Colombari and Totò Schillaci
- Matteo Giunta and Giorgia Soleri
- Barbara of the Mediterranean and Barbara Lombardo
The stage has begun at Tua Pek Kong temple in Sibu, then continuing to Kutien Memorial Park for the first mission. Next, the travellers they headed to Mukah to face a difficult Advantage Trial, won by the Sicilians.
After looking for lodgings for the night, the couples reached the Niah National Park for a new mission, finally concluding the stage in the coastal city of Miri.
During the race, there have been some fights between couples, especially between Sicilians and the Mediterranean, and couples at risk of elimination were Mom and Son and The Activists, to win the Newlyweds.
Who was eliminated: out Mom and son
Mother and Son, Martina Colombari and Achille Costacurta, had to say goodbye to Beijing Express during the sixth stage, the second in Malaysian Borneo.
Although they were among the favourites for the overall win, the pair were eliminated due to strategy of the newly weds Federica Pellegrini and Matteo Giunta.
The Mediterraneans prove to be the most combative with feints
Carolina Stramare and Barbara Prezia, known as the Mediterraneans, have shown a strong fighting spirit and a great cunning during the competition.
Among the various strategies adopted, the two they pretended to cry, deceived the lawyers and formed strategic alliances, like the one with Italian Americans.
The advantage trial and the charge of simulation
