Even the Pizzeria Vesi Gourmet opens on the Lungomare di Napoli with pizzas with healthy and quality ingredients!
Besides Sorbillo, Waterfront of Naples it will be enriched with a new pizzeria: Vesi Gourmet.
The Vesi pizzeria, already present at Vomero, has always valued a traditional Neapolitan dish, which is pizza, processing it in a gourmet version with refined flours, quality tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. The new restaurant will inaugurate the 31 March 2016.
To prepare the pizzas will be used are i Best ingredients including a selection of the best San Marzano DOP tomatoes and those of Pendulum of the Vesuvius, DOP buffalo dairy products, the famous cheeses of the master refiner Vittorio Beltrami; the anchovies from menaica, the integral sea salt of Trapani, the Capers of Salina, the cured meats of Nero Casertano, la Maremma beef, Sorrento walnuts and Pantelleria oregano.
There will also be some news in the menu like the Cosacca pizza revisited with San Marzano tomato, Piennolo del Vesuvio Dop cherry tomatoes, Vittorio Beltrami's pecorino di Fossa Oviliss Ambrosia and basil and extra virgin olive oil Dop. But there will also be other types such as fried pizza, the Corbarina, the filling and you can drink craft beers and a selection of wines.
The pizzeria is located in via Partenope, 12 and it will be every day both for lunch and dinner.
