The Poggio Park
Il Park of the Poggio it represents a green heart in a densely populated area of the city.
It extends over a terraced surface of 40.000 m2 and has several vantage points. The floristic species that you will most frequently meet are the Hispanic brooms, the olive trees, the phyllirea, the tamarisks, the strawberry trees, the Medicago Arborea, the bamboo and the strelizie.
The areas of the park
Inside the park you will find rest areas, sports and play areas for children, areas for events and shows, a refreshment area, disabled facilities and an outdoor parking area. In addition, the park has a small pond.
