As summer 2023 knocks on the doors, Rai is preparing to welcome the public with an exciting and varied television offering.
For the next few months, a dynamic blend of genres awaits us, from crime to adventure, from romantic to thriller, with a particular look at seriality and to auteur cinema.
Here's a preview of what Rai has in store for us.
Summer programming of Rai 1: from love to adventure, all in prime time
Rai 1 promises to warm up summer evenings with love stories and breathtaking adventures. Wednesdays in the early evening are dedicated to the cycle "Destinazione amore", starting June 7th. This cycle will immerse us in romantic stories set in dreamy places, perfect for daydreaming.
Starting August 15th, Rai 1 changes pace with the cycle "Adventures in nature", dedicated to stories that celebrate childhood, adolescence and love for animals.
Tuesday, however, becomes the day of European seriality with “Sophie Cross – Hidden Truths”, starting June 13th.

Summer programming of Rai 2: intrigue, action and suspense
Rai 2 dedicates its summer programming to seriality. Every Sunday and Monday starting in June, the popular crime series “CSI Vegas” returns.
From the 10 July, Monday becomes investigation day with the “Let Todd Help Us” legal series.
Since August 3, Thursday will be dedicated to the German action series “Special Squad Cobra 11”.
And the Saturday it is tinged with thriller with "In the sign of yellow", a selection of films full of suspense.

Summer programming of Rai 3: stories from the real world and first visions of Italian cinema
On Rai 3, on Fridays in prime time, dive into the "XX Century", a cycle of films which narrates events of the 900s.
The second evening of Wednesday is reserved for thriller enthusiasts, while the Saturday presents "Never seen before", a cycle dedicated to the first visions of Italian auteur cinema.
