Pallagrello will be produced in the beautiful Royal Palace of Carditello in Caserta: the beloved wine of King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon!
The foundation Real site of Carditello in Caserta has acquired over 4.000 square meters of land to be planted in vineyard, right next to the Royal Palace, thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
The idea is to produce the Pallagrello, wine particolarmente loved by King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon, thanks to the fundamental technical support of the Chigi di Capua vineyards. A very special initiative that will make you discover ancient flavors for a wonderful trip to the court of King Ferdinand IV.
Pallagrello, the wine of Ferdinand IV of Bourbon
The excellent wine will be sold on national and international markets and will have as a brand Goldfinch. It will therefore be an important project that will have as its main objective the development of this beautiful space, recovering the ancient vines of Pallagrello.
Therefore, starting from March 2021 one will be implanted vineyard of white Pallagrello and one of black Pallagrello. Simultaneously with this project, the silk production with the resumption of business of mulberry and sericulture.
