After three long years of forced break due to the pandemic, the 16th Edition of the Gnocco Festival with Porcini Mushrooms finally returns to revive the culinary traditions of Furnolo, a hamlet of Theano (CE). The appointment is set by 19 to 23 July 2023.
They are five consecutive evenings of celebration, in which visitors can immerse themselves in entertainment and savor the exquisite local cuisine. The dishes offered, prepared with mastery by women of Furnolo, boast ingredients typical of the territory and traditional recipes.
Among the delicacies offered, the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms are the protagonists undisputed, worked strictly by hand and accompanied by precious mushrooms collected in the woods surrounding the village. The menu, however, also offers other specialties who will be able to revive the atmosphere of a past time thanks to their aromas and flavours.

In addition to the exquisite cuisine, the evenings will be enlivened by music and dancing, to be enjoyed in the cool of the hills and in the fascinating scenery of the village of Furnolo.
